A New Year Of Musical Adventures In Faith


Complete the form below and submit it. Then, simply show up at the first choir rehearsal. You will be given more detailed paperwork, such as a medical information form, to be filled out as soon as possible once choir starts. It is helpful if you can arrive early on the first day.

St. Margaret Mary Students who are members of Joyful Noises will be escorted over from school together. They will be dismissed from class to the gymnasium where they will be met by one or more parent volunteers. Heavenly Voices students may cross the parking lot to the church unescorted. ANY STUDENT who is to be dismissed from school directly to choir MUST have given their teacher a NOTE OF PARENTAL PERMISSION before the choir year starts!
